Qevent 是一个把群里的商量变成一个真的会发生的局的 app：有人开一个局，别人报名、到场。用 Qevent 就是同意下面这些。
Qevent turns group-chat plans into a real event: someone hosts a 局, others sign up and show up. Using Qevent means you agree to the following.
1. 账号 · Your account
你用 Apple 登录。你要年满 18 岁，或在监护人同意下使用。昵称和每个局里的名字由你自己填，不能冒充别人。你可以随时在设置里删除账号；删除后你的资料和登录记录会被移除，过往报名记录匿名化保留。
You sign in with Apple. You must be 18 or have a guardian's consent. Your nickname and per-event display name are yours to choose and may not impersonate anyone. You can delete your account any time in Settings; your profile and sign-in are removed and past participation records are anonymized.
2. 开局的人 · Hosts
- 局是你组织的线下活动。时间、地点、人数、价格由你负责，Qevent 不是主办方，也不为活动本身担责。
- 付费局的钱直接进你自己的 Stripe 账户，Qevent 收取 4% 平台费。退款、取消、纠纷由你和参加者之间处理，Stripe 的条款同时适用。
- 你有付了钱的人报名且局还没开始时，不能删除账号；先取消并退款。
- 名单是你的。参加者的名字只用于这个局，不得转作营销或向第三方出售。
A 局 is an in-person activity you organize. Time, place, capacity and price are your responsibility; Qevent is not the organizer and is not liable for the activity itself. Paid events settle to your own Stripe account with a 4% platform fee; refunds, cancellations and disputes are between you and attendees, under Stripe's terms as well. You cannot delete your account while a future paid event has paying attendees — cancel and refund first. The roster is yours, for this event only; it may not be used for marketing or sold.
3. 参加的人 · Attendees
- 报名即表示你打算到场。付费局的款项在报名时经 Stripe 支付给主办方。
- 你的名字会出现在这个局的名单里（前 8 个名字对拿到链接的人可见）；你可以在每个局里单独改名。
- 你要对自己在线下活动中的安全负责。请自行判断活动是否适合你，运动类活动请量力而行。
Signing up means you intend to attend. Paid events are charged at sign-up via Stripe and paid to the host. Your name appears on that event's roster (the first eight names are visible to anyone holding the link); you may change your name per event. You are responsible for your own safety at in-person activities.
4. 群聊和行为 · Chat and conduct
局内群聊只能发固定话术（出门啦、到了、在哪碰头、天气还去吗等），没有自由输入。你可以屏蔽任何人（TA 的话你看不到），也可以举报一个人或一个局；我们会在 24 小时内处理并可能移除内容或账号。禁止：骚扰、冒充、诈骗、发布违法或不当内容、把 Qevent 用于任何非线下聚会的用途。
Event chat uses fixed phrases only (on my way, arrived, where to meet, weather, etc.); there is no free text. You may block anyone and report any person or event; we act within 24 hours and may remove content or accounts. Harassment, impersonation, fraud, illegal or inappropriate content, and use of Qevent for anything other than in-person gatherings are prohibited.
对不当内容和滥用行为零容忍。活动名称、昵称、俱乐部名称等你发布的内容不得包含色情、仇恨、暴力、骚扰、诈骗或违法信息。任何人都可以在活动页、用户资料页和俱乐部页右上角的「⋯」里举报内容或用户，并屏蔽对方。我们会在 24 小时内处理举报：移除违规内容，并停用发布者的账号。
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Activity titles, nicknames, club names and anything else you post must not contain sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, fraudulent or illegal material. Anyone can report content or a user, and block a user, from the "⋯" menu on the activity, profile and club pages. We act on reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it.
5. 通知 · Notifications
我们只发开场提醒、朋友叫你、出门啦这类和局有关的通知，不发广告。你可以在系统设置里关掉。
We send only event-related notifications — start reminders, a friend calling you, on-my-way — never ads. You can turn them off in iOS Settings.
6. Pro
Pro 是可选的付费功能，开放后按当时页面上写的价格和内容提供。到期回到免费版：已排的场次照常，名单和历史都在。
Pro is an optional paid tier, offered at the price and scope shown in the app when it opens. On lapse you return to the free tier; scheduled events proceed and your roster and history remain.
7. 服务 · The service
Qevent 按现状提供。我们会尽力保持可用，但不保证不中断。我们可以在提前通知的情况下修改本协议；继续使用即接受修改。适用法律为 Qevent 运营者所在地法律。
Qevent is provided as is. We aim for availability but do not guarantee it. We may change these terms with notice; continued use is acceptance. Governing law is that of the operator's jurisdiction.
